Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Tony Dungy came to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) to talk with local kids and dads in the All Pro Dad program. More than 550 people came to hear Dungy talk about the importance of families spending time together. The event kicked off with dads being encouraged to get down on one knee and give their kids a big bear hug for 15 seconds. Dungy also talked about how much his daughter enjoyed CMA's educational summer camp and encouraged others to learn more about. Visit www.SeeWinter.com for more information.
Launched in 1997 with the help of Dungy, All Pro Dad is an innovative program designed to equip fathers with the moral and educational tools necessary to make them better fathers and role models, and to build character in their children and communities. All Pro Dad has 54 NFL spokesmen, regular events with NFL teams and 1,000 chapters. Visit www.AllProDad.com for more information. Tony Dungy led the Indianapolis Colts to Super Bowl victory in 2007. He was the head coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1991 to 2001.
